DELIVERY CHARGE

- Each item prices quoted are excluded delivery charge.

-Delivery service covers only in Hong Kong and charge is subjected in different district. Surcharge will be applicable for re-delivery or re-direction.

SEASONAL AVAILABILITY

- As some flowers or fruits are seasonal, thus substitution may be happen and necessary to ensure your order arrives on time. Our florists will substitute a similar element of equivalent or greater value, however flowers will ensure the overall color scheme, size and shape same.

- As flowers are natural products, colors may vary from that shown on our web site or photo reference. However, our florist will make every effort to maintain color scheme, size and shape.

EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY

- Goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. In case of defection, replacement of item is guaranteed. Customers may contact our staff for replacement of item and Liberty Florist Limited reserves the right of final decision regarding replacement of item.

CHANGE OF ORDER

- In case of change of products, at least 2 days notice prior to the actual delivery date is required.

- Liberty Florist Limited reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms and conditions or terminate the offer any time without prior notice. In case of disputes, the decision of Liberty Florist Limited shall remain final.
