Liberty Florist Limited is a flower shop located in Sheraton Hotel, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong and owned by floral designer, Mr. Raymond Fung, since 2003. We are committed to providing you with unparalleled services, outstanding products and speedy delivery in the city.
Being the Director of the company, Mr. Raymond Fung has many years of experience working with floral arrangements and has been qualified with a range of professional certifications. In 2003, he was certified as a Dutch Floral Arranger (DFA). Six years later, he gained the Professional Floral ‘Design 358’ in Canada and was qualified as a Certified Floral Designer (CFD) from the American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD) in the America. In 2011, he was certified as a Dutch Floral Arrangement (DFA) Instructor. In 2016, he gained the Advanced Professional Diploma in Garden Design and Management in Hong Kong.
Since 2003, we have been providing florists from Sheraton Hotel, Kowloon Hotel, ,Hotel ICON and Paper Moon. Now he is the floral instructor of Tsim Sha Tsui YMCA, Yan Oi Tong, Methodist Yang Zhen Society, and the MacLehose Center ERB.
In 2019, expanded one new work shop and flower shop which located in Shop 3, G/F, GrandView Mansion, 119C Chatham Road South, Tsim Sha Tsui. And one Hotel service workshop in B1, Sheraton Hotel.
