Raymond Fung, founder of Liberty Florist Limited, has many years of experience in floral industry and holds a wide range of professional certificates.
In 2003, he was certified as a Dutch Floral Arranger (DFA)
In 2009, he earned the Professional Floral "Design 358" in Canada and was insducted into the American Institue of Floral Designers (AIFD) in Boston.
In 2011, he was certified as a Dutch Floral Arrangement (DFA) Instructor
In 2016, he graducated from the School of Continuing and Professional Studies at The Chinese Universty of Hong Kong with an Advanced Professional Diploma in Garden Design and Management
Raymond currently serves as a floral instructor at Yan Oi Tong, Methodist Yang Zhen Society and the MacLehose Center ERB. 

Since 2003, we have been providing floral services to Sheraton Hotel, Kowloon Hotel, Hotel Icon, W Hotel and PaperMoon etc.  We also offer on-the-job training for florists.
